The laminating
process for SaoSA UV curing resin consists of four simple steps:
A.Wash and dry the sheets of glass.
B.Apply double-sided adhesive tape to the perimeter of one glasss
sheet and assemble the two sheets.The tape acts as a dam and
provides the required thickness for the SaoSA UV curing resin
interlayer.
C.Fill the space between the two panes of glass with SaoSA UV
curing resin. Since it is pumped in liquid form,SaoSA UV curing
resin spreads evenly-even between irregular surfaces.
D.Curing begins only when you place the panes of glass under
UV lamps, giving you greater control over the process.Curing
time is around 30 minutes. |
